LumaEdge designs, supplies, and installs permanent, app-controlled exterior LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. Our service area presently includes:

• Bergen County, NJ & Union County, NJ

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for projects that fall outside our service area, technical capability, or safety standards.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and our on-site assessment. Initial estimates are non-binding until a signed proposal is returned and any required deposit is received. Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect additional scope, site conditions, or change orders identified during the project.

SMS Program Terms

Message frequency: typically 2–6 messages per month, depending on project status. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Installation & Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for our installation crew, and to disclose any unusual conditions (e.g., recent roofing, fragile fascia, hidden wiring, restrictive HOA rules) that could affect installation. LumaEdge will exercise reasonable care while working on your property and is fully insured. However, LumaEdge is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed defects, or damage caused by HOA action.

Scheduling & Weather

Installation dates are scheduled in good faith but may be adjusted for weather, supply, or safety reasons. We will communicate any changes promptly via your preferred contact method.

Warranty

Our IP67-rated commercial-grade fixtures are rated for 50,000+ hours of use. We provide a written manufacturer-backed warranty on parts and a separate workmanship warranty on our installation, the details of which are included in your signed proposal. The warranty does not cover damage from severe weather, alterations performed by third parties, or modifications to the building that disturb our installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaEdge's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid LumaEdge in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LumaEdge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the LumaEdge name, logo, photography, written copy, and design elements — is owned by LumaEdge LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
